Susana Bourne

Director and Founding Partner

Susana Bourne, British-Spanish, comes from a family background with a long career path within the international mobility industry. Her mother was the founder of the first relocation company in Spain. Before setting up Antares Relocation, Susana had worked in some of the most important relocation companies in Spain.

Since the beginning, Susana has been involved in the development of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and she is, currently, the vice-president of the association.

Susana has achieved the MIM+ Fellow certificate (Managing International Mobility), the highest qualification within the relocation sector and she has also been granted the GMS certificate (Global Mobility Specialist) from the Worldwide ERC association.

Ira Elisa Lemmetyinen

Sales Director and Partner

Ira is originally from Finland, and she settled in Spain in 2000 after a period of travel.

Before Antares, Susana and Ira had already worked together and they shared the same vision on the international mobility services and on how to add value to their clients’ international strategies.

Ira is specialized in marketing, sales and project management. She speaks four languages and holds an Executive MBA. Ira has also completed the MIM training (Managing International Mobility) of EuRA and holds the GMS certificate (Global Mobility Specialist) of the Worldwide ERC association.
